At any time after an individual is appointed to a· board, department, commission, or similar entity, Council may at its pleasure and without any cause being assigned or shown remove such individual by resolution entered into by majority vote. To remove such individual, Council shall list the consideration of the resolution of removal on its agenda pursuant to its normal course of business and shall notify such individual by sending the individual a copy of such agenda by first class mail.
