One (1) year after the effective date of the ordinance from which this section derives, and every two (2) years thereafter, the Chief of the Police Department of the City of Clarksburg shall make a written report to the Mayor and the City Council members that evaluates the effectiveness of enforcement of this ordinance upon the rate of violations of law within the City of Clarksburg.
