553.03 ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Chief of Police of the City of Clarksburg Police Department is authorized to promulgate additional reasonable rules or regulations deemed necessary to implement and administer a program within the City of Clarksburg so long as they are not inconsistent with the rules set forth in Section 553.02.
