(a) Under the provisions of this article there shall be no fee charged for an initial compliance inspection. Subsequent certification due to expiration each property owner will be charged a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per inspection per residential unit and fifty dollars ($50.00) per commercial unit.
(b) Property owners missing scheduled inspections, and failing to provide twenty-four hour notice, shall be charged an additional fee of $20.00 residential and $50.00 commercial.
(c) Exception: Owner occupied only, newly constructed structures. -Fee is waived.
(d) All inspections shall be scheduled during regular business hours, unless otherwise approved by the Code Enforcement Office.
(e) Re-inspection fees of ten dollars ($10.00) per unit shall be charged to the property owner for each inspection of property requiring more than two inspections for compliance.
(f) Application fees of two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be charged for Board of Appeals hearings.
