There is hereby enacted the City of Clarksburg Property Maintenance Standards, which are incorporated herein by reference as set forth verbatim, by and a copy of which shall be available at the Office of the City Clerk and which shall be made available on the City’s website. The Property Maintenance Standards shall have the effect of an Ordinance of the City, and no amendment of the Property Maintenance Standards will be made except by ordinance.
