1513.09 ENFORCEMENT .

It shall be the duty of the Fire Inspector to enforce this article. For purposes of enforcement, the office of Fire Inspector shall include the Fire Chief and any member or members of the Fire Department appointed from time to time by him to perform duties necessary and pertinent under this article.
