In cases where tanks are rendered temporarily out of service or required to be removed under this article, records shall be kept by the owner, or by his/her agent, employee or lessee as follows:
(a) Tank size;
(b) Tank locations;
(c) Date of tank being placed out of service, abandoned, and removed;
(d) All procedures used in compliance with this article.
Upon request, copies of the above records shall be made available for examination and possession by the Fire Inspector.
