1511.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates the terms of a permit issued under this article, or submits a false application shall be subject to the revocation of such permit. Revocation notices shall be issued by and in the discretion of the Fire Chief or his authorized representative upon proper investigation of facts and circumstances.
   (b)   No person making application for a permit shall willfully make false statements with the intent of evading the requirements of this article. No person shall commence with open burning in the City without first obtaining a required permit from the Fire Chief or his authorized representative, or shall proceed to open burn when a revocation notice of a previous permit has been issued. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate misdemeanor, each misdemeanor under this section being punishable by a fine not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment not more than thirty days, or both.
