(a) All approved burn permits will be valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance, unless a shorter period is provided by the Fire Chief or his designee.
(b) The required application fee for a burn permit is twenty dollars ($20.00), regardless of whether such permit is for industrial/business or residential use.
