1505.01 ESTABLISHED; SUPERVISION; PURPOSE.

There is hereby established the Clarksburg Fire Prevention Bureau. Such Bureau shall be operated under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department, under the direction of City Manager. The purpose of the Bureau shall be the enforcement of applicable fire prevention and such other fire and life safety codes within the City and to perform investigations thereunder, including arson investigations.
