(a) Where a public water supply, in the opinion of the Planning and Zoning Commission is reasonably accessible, the subdivision shall be provided with a complete water distribution system, including a connection for each lot and appropriately spaced fire hydrants.
(b) Where public water supply is not available within a reasonable distance, an alternate supply, approved by the Commission and the West Virginia Department of Health, shall be furnished.
(c) All water systems located in any designated flood plain districts, whether public or private, shall be flood proofed up to the 100-year flood elevation.
