1365.04 GAS, ELECTRIC, AND TELEPHONE UTILITIES.
   The Planning and Zoning Commission may accept assurance from each public utility company whose facilities are proposed to be installed. Such assurance shall be in the form of a letter addressed to the Planning Commission stating that such public utility company will make the necessary installations for furnishing its services within a specified time. The Planning Commission may require placing electric and telephone lines underground in new subdivisions. All other public and private utilities and facilities including gas and electric shall be elevated or flood proofed up to the 100-year flood elevation. (Ord. 82-40. Passed 11-4-82.)
