(a) The purpose of this article is to delineate the required improvements as defined in Section 1353.02 which shall be required of the applicant as condition for final approval.
(b) All required improvements delineated in these regulations shall be installed and constructed by the developer who shall pay all costs involved in installation, construction, inspection and testing.
(c) Approval of the final plat by the Planning and Zoning Commission does not constitute permission to construct required improvements. Appropriate permits must be obtained from the City Engineer and other applicable departments and agencies before construction may commence. (Ord. 82-40. Passed 11-4-82.)
