Sidewalks not less then four feet wide shall be required where deemed essential to provide adequate circulation, or access to schools, playgrounds, shopping centers, transportation and other community facilities. Sidewalks not less than five (5) feet wide shall be required adjacent to arterial streets. (Ord. 82-40. Passed 11-4-82.)
