A decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission may be reviewed by certiorari procedure. A petition for review shall specify the grounds upon which the petition alleges the illegality of the Commission's action. Such petition. must be filed in the Circuit Court of the County within thirty (30) days after the date of such decision.
