1349.06 SUBDIVISION OF RECORD.

Any plat or subdivision recorded among the Land Records of Harrison County prior to the effective date of this Chapter Five of the Planning and Zoning Code shall be accepted as valid and no further approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be required for the conveyance of lots so shown.
