1107.10 CHICKEN PROCESSING PLANTS.

All chicken processing plants established or to be established within the City or within one mile of the City limits shall be required to obtain the approval of Council as to the location of the plant and shall further operate the plant in conformity with conditions prescribed or approved by Council.
