961.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be fined not less than five dollars
($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Nothing herein shall be construed as being in conflict with any other municipal penal ordinance or State law, but shall be deemed as supplemental. (Ord. 82-9. Passed 6-19-82.)
