929.18 SPECIAL AGREEMENT.

No statement contained in this article shall be construed as prohibiting any special agreement or arrangement between the Sanitary Board and any person whereby any industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be admitted to the public sanitary sewerage system either before or after pretreatment by the producer of such industrial waste.
