929.09 PROVIDING MEANS FOR EXCLUDING FROM SEPARATE SANITARY SEWERS.

All persons connecting to the public sanitary sewerage system shall provide adequate means for excluding storm water runoff in event connection is made to separate sanitary sewers. (1969 Code §22-17)
