927.02 AUTHORITY.

By authority of the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, and the Code of West Virginia Chapter 16, Article 1 and Public Health Laws, West Virginia Bureau of Public Health Chapter 1, Article 5 B, the Clarksburg Water Board has the primary responsibility for preventing water from unapproved sources, or any other substances, from entering the public potable water system.
