925.03 INJURY OR REMOVAL OF SEWER SYSTEM.
   No person other than the person designated by the Sanitary Board Engineer shall injure, break or remove any portion of any manhole, lamphole, flush tank, cap or plug or any part of any municipal sewer. (1969 Code §22-1)
