915.06 ASSESSMENTS AS DEBT DUE CITY: LIEN ON PROPERTY.

All costs apportioned among abutting property owners or by another assessment method as provided for in Section 915.05, shall be a debt due the City and collectible in any court of competent jurisdiction, and in addition shall be a lien upon the property of the owner.
