913.08 IMPROVEMENTS OVER TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS

When any contract for work shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) or more, the contract shall be by sealed competitive bidding and otherwise conform to the requirements of the City relating to the letting of contracts.
