The petitioner shall deposit, at the time of filing his petition, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus fifty dollars ($50.00) for each quitclaim deed to cover the administrative cost, cost of publication, the costs of preparation of the deeds, and recordation thereof. No part of the filing fee paid pursuant to this section shall be returnable to the applicant or petitioner. (Ord. 86-22. Passed 6-11-86.)
