771.03 RECORDS OF FALSE ALARMS REPORTED.

The City Police Department and City Fire Department shall keep separate records of all false alarms reported. The Director of Finance shall be responsible for levying and collecting any fees imposed. (Ord. 96-16. Passed 6-6-96.)
