771.02 LEVY AND IMPOSITION OF FEES.

   There is hereby levied and imposed on all persons reporting false alarms to the City Police Department or City Fire Department the following fees:

 

Number of False Alarms During Any Calendar Month	Fee
One	No Charge
Two or three	$75.00 per occurrence
Over four	150.00 per occurrence
