770.05 SERVICE FEE FINGERPRINTING.

There is hereby levied and imposed on all persons, except children under the age of eighteen years, requesting fingerprinting by the City Police Department, a fee of forty dollars ($40.00). (Ord. 20-14. Passed 3-19-20.)
