770.04 SERVICE FEE FOR BURNING PERMITS.

   There is hereby levied and imposed on all persons requesting burning permits from the City of Clarksburg the following fees:

   (a)   A $50.00 fee for residential burning permits.

   (b)   A $35.00 fee for commercial burning permits.

   For the application procedure for obtaining such permits, see Article 1511.
