745.52 REFERENCE TO WEST VIRGINIA CODE SECTIONS; EFFECTIVE DATE.

(a) In all places in the referenced West Virginia Code sections, “Director of Finance” shall replace “Tax Commissioner” and “City” shall replace “State”.

(b) This article shall be effective upon passage after a public hearing required thereon.
