745.35 ASSESSMENT LIMITED TO SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED BY STATE.

This article shall not be construed to assess a tax upon any person, business, occupation, service or property upon which State law does not permit the imposition of an annual municipal business and occupation tax. (Ord. 95-17. Passed 6-15-95.)
