730.05 FEE DEBT DUE CITY.

The fee levied and imposed by the provisions of this article shall be a debt due the City. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pursue the collection of each debt through all legal means available to the City. (Ord. 11-20. Passed 7-21-11.)
