730.02 LEVY AND IMPOSITION OF NONRESIDENT BUSINESS SERVICE FEE.

   There is hereby levied and imposed on all Nonresident Business Users of the protection services of the Police Department and/or the Public Works Department a fee for each direct use of Emergency Response services during a significant incident based on the actual cost to the City of Clarksburg as determined by the Director of Finance.
