717.13 ARTICLE SUPPLEMENTAL TO LICENSING REGULATIONS.

The provisions of this article are intended to augment and be in addition to the provisions of Sections 711.01 to 711.22. Where this article imposes a greater restriction upon persons, premises, businesses or practices than is imposed by Article 711, this article shall control. (1969 Code §11-13)
