717.05 LICENSE FEE; RENEWAL FEE.

Any applicant for a license shall submit to the Director of Finance with his application a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Any applicant for a renewal license shall submit to the Director of Finance with his renewal application a renewal license fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
