Whoever violates any provision of this Part Seven - Business and Taxation Code, for which another penalty is not provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day that a violation is permitted to continue or exist shall constitute a separate offense.
