549.05 RESPONSIBILITY FOR NUISANCES; PROSECUTIONS NOT EXCLUSIVE.
   Any person having control over any premises, upon or in which a nuisance is maintained or harbored in violation of this article whether he is the owner, lessor, lessee, sublessee, tenant, occupant or the agent or manager in charge for any such owner, lessor, lessee, sublessee, tenant or occupant thereof, shall be subject to the provisions of this article and may be proceeded against in all respects as fully as is hereinbefore provided for the occupant of such premises. Proceedings for the abatement of a nuisance shall not be deemed to be exclusive, but are in addition to the penalties provided in Section 501.99 for any violation of this article; and such proceedings and penalties are in addition to all other penalties provided for any violation of any other ordinance even though the result of such violation should be the setting up, maintaining or harboring of a nuisance and within the purview of this article.
