545.09 PROHIBITING HUNTING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS.

No person shall hunt within the City limits or corporate boundaries of the City. This section does not apply to activity otherwise lawfully authorized. For purposes of this section, "hunt" means to pursue, chase, catch or take any wild birds or wild animals or other animal, bird or prey by any means.
