509.99 PENALTY.

   (EDITOR’S NOTE: See Section 501.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)

   (a)   Whoever violates Section 509.03 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (b)   Whoever violates Section 509.04 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). (A.O.)

   (c)   Whoever violates Sections 509.05 or 509.09 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense. For a second or subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

   (d)   Whoever violates Section 509.08 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (e)   Whoever violates Section 509.10 shall be imprisoned for not more than thirty days.
