505.09 HITCHING ANIMALS TO FENCES, POLES OR TREES PROHIBITED.

No person shall hitch or fasten a horse, mule, ox, cow, or other animal to the fence of another without the consent of the owner thereof, or to hitch or fasten any such animal to any utility pole or awning post or ornamental or shade tree.
