The City is hereby designated a bird sanctuary under existing State, Federal and Municipal laws.
The residents are requested to feed and shelter desirable birds and to protect them from predators and vandals by using bird feeders and birdhouses that are placed above-ground level.
The Goff Plaza Garden Club is given authority to erect bird sanctuary markers at the City's entrances.
