(a) No person shall do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this article.
(b) The parent or guardian of any child shall not allow or knowingly permit any such child to violate any of the provisions of this article.
(c) The provisions of this article shall not apply to any person who is physically challenged and must use a motorized scooter to aid in ambulation, and not for recreational purposes. (Ord. 05-12. Passed 10-6-05.)
