(a) “Skateboard or similar device” shall include, but not be limited to, the following: skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, scooters and motorized scooters.
(b) “Motorized scooters” shall be those items identified as a two-wheeled vehicle with small wheels and an engine geared to the rear wheel.
(c) “Rollerblades” sometimes referred to as in-line skates, shall be those form of roller skates which are designed to be used generally outside; however, some may be used in larger inside areas. The wheels of the skates are in a straight line on the bottom of the skate.
(d) “Roller skates” shall be those items identified as a metal or plastic frame with wheels attached, usually one pair in the front and another in the back, fastened onto a shoe or boot and used for skating.
(e) “Scooters” shall be those items identified as boards of varying sizes to which are attached end wheels and an upright steering handle attached to the front wheel.
(f) “Skateboards” shall be those items identified as boards of varying sizes to which are attached wheels upon which the user thereof does ride upon by standing, squatting, etc.
