363.02 LIMITS.
   Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, when any vehicle shall be parked in any space alongside of an on-street parking meter, the person parking such vehicle shall immediately deposit a coin of the United States, as indicated by the parking meter, in payment of the fee imposed for such parking privilege, and failure to do so shall constitute a violation of this article. Such vehicle shall not be permitted to remain parked in any such parking space beyond the parking time limit fixed for such space. Whenever a parking meter shall display a sign or signal showing illegal parking of a vehicle in such parking space, it shall be prima facie evidence that such vehicle has been parked in violation of this article. No person shall cause, allow or permit any vehicle registered in his name to be parked where a parking meter has been installed, in violation of this article.
