No person shall park any vehicle of a total outside width, including any load thereon, of more than one hundred two (102) inches on any street in a district established for residential uses within the City for a period of time longer than two (2) hours during any twenty-four (24) hour period. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit temporary stopping, standing or parking of commercial vehicles engaged in making local deliveries, unloading merchandise or rendering services to a residence, institution or other facility along any street or public way.
