348.04 SCOPE.

This section does not supersede the provisions of Section 3(a) article two, chapter 17b of the West Virginia Code of 1931 as amended or any more restrictive provisions for drivers of commercial motor vehicles prescribed by the provisions of chapter seventeen-e of the West Virginia Code or federal law or rule.
