311.05 STREET OR HIGHWAY SOLICITATION.

No person, group of persons, or organizations shall stand on a street or highway for the purpose of soliciting employment, business or contributions from the occupant of any vehicle.

This section shall not apply to law enforcement officials or agents, or State, Local or County officials or agents while engaged in their official duties.
