177.02 POWERS AND AUTHORITY.

The Clarksburg Development Authority shall have and may exercise all of the powers and authority set forth in Article 12, Chapter 7 of the West Virginia Code, as the same exists upon adoption of this article or as the same may be hereafter amended, enacted, reenacted, supplemented or changed.
