177.01 CREATION OF THE CLARKSBURG DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

There is hereby created and established a municipal development authority pursuant to the authority given by Article 12 of Chapter 7 of the West Virginia Code to be known as the “Clarksburg Development Authority” which shall constitute and be a public corporation.
