Pursuant to the authority granted to the City of Clarksburg under the West Virginia Municipal Home Rule Pilot Program, under W. Va. §8-1-5a, the City hereby declares itself to be exempt from the requirement that no more than two (2) of the members of its Fireman’s Civil Service Commission be adherents of the same political party as required by W. Va. Code §8-15-12.
